The Forner-LaVoy partnership actually began when Rick built James’ family home. Rick is one of Kansas City’s premier custom homebuilders, having been active in the local home construction industry for two decades. Rick has a passion for building the highest quality homes, which has earned him a wealth of satisfied customers. James has a background in business management and information technology consulting. He has extensive experience in an array of customer-focused industries, working with mid-size to Fortune 500 companies.
